01 Introduction

03 KYC Verification Process

• Bhaggo does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

05 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from Bhaggo:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours. During peak periods, it may take up to 72 hours.
• To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bhaggo reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bhaggo regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members one time only.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which typically ranges from 20x to 35x.
• Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately.
• Abusing bonuses (e.g., claiming bonuses through multiple accounts) will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account being suspended.
• Bhaggo reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time; however, no changes will be made to bonuses that are already active.
• Cashback bonuses are generally credited to eligible accounts every Monday night.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must successfully register and deposit the required minimum amount.

07 Gaming Rules & Guidelines

Bhaggo offers a wide range of games, including Live Casino, Sports Betting, fish games, and slots. The following general rules apply to all games:

• In the event of a technical issue during gameplay, the platform's records will be considered final.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Any disputes must be reported to support within 24 hours.
